Once Upon Upholstery wants everyone to be able to see the work, get an estimate, and reach Molly, however they browse.

Our goal

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The pages use a page language, a skip link, headings in order, text descriptions on photos, labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus, and colours chosen for readable contrast. Motion is reduced when your device asks for it, and you can zoom the page freely.

How we check

We test the pages with automated accessibility tools and by using them with a keyboard. Automated tools cannot catch everything, so we welcome feedback.

Known limits

Some photos come from Instagram and are described in short text. The website chat and the estimator are newer features; if either gives you trouble, call or email and we'll help directly.
